XpressWest has virtually all of the planning and permitting complete including authorization from the U.S. federal government, approvals from the Surface Transportation Board, and a completed environmental review. The single greatest barrier to starting constructions has been a lack of capital.
In September, the XpressWest announced that China’s largest train maker, China Railway International, will not only be partnering to build the Las Vegas high-speed rail system but will also be investing $100 million into the project. Construction is scheduled to begin as early as September 2016.
| About the video: At the time this video was made they intended to stop the high-speed rail in Victorville, CA and leave the extension to Palmdale, CA up to chance. Shortly after the video was made DesertXpress and MTA signed agreements to build a seamless high-speed rail system linking Las Vegas to Palmdale. By linking to Palmdale, DesertXpress could connect to the California High-Speed Rail and all the cities it served; this main reason prompted a change in their name from DesertXpress to the XpressWest. |
You may have missed other opportunities in your lifetime but I urge you, please don’t miss out on this. Learn how to properly invest near the high-speed rails and make a fortune!
